About the Film
Karta.EU is an 87-minute documentary in Lithuanian with English subtitles. It tells the stories of children born on May 1, 2004—the day Lithuania joined the European Union. Now, young adults reflect on their lives, their aspirations, and the path Lithuania has taken. Directed by Eimantas Belickas and written by Ramunė Rakauskaitė, the film beautifully captures the journey of Lithuania’s first EU generation.
