Join us for an inspiring charity event at Gallery AZUL, Naperville, featuring the celebrated artist Algis Kriščiūnas and acclaimed author Jurga Baltrukonytė. The Art of Hope exhibition will showcase Algis Kriščiūnas’ captivating artworks, blending his unique vision with powerful storytelling. Together with Jurga Baltrukonytė, the event promises a night filled with thought-provoking art, compelling stories, and meaningful discussions, all dedicated to raising funds to support disabled children in Lithuania.
Algis Kriščiūnas, known for his contemporary and surreal works, has been a prominent figure in Lithuanian art. His works often reflect deep humanistic themes and fantasy elements. His recent venture, Playing Life, a virtual reality film based on his paintings, garnered significant attention for its innovative take on visual storytelling. Jurga Baltrukonytė, an established journalist and author, brings her unique narrative style to this collaboration, drawing audiences into stories that resonate with the spirit of Lithuanian culture and heritage.
